BAA plc ("BAA") today announces appointments to and resignations from its
Board of Directors

BAA Press Release 26/06/06

Further to the Recommended Final Offers by Airport Development and
Investment Limited being declared unconditional in all respects earlier
today, and following subsequent meetings of the Board of Directors, BAA
announces the appointment of ten new non-executive directors to the Board
of Directors.

The new directors are:
Joaquín Ayuso García;
Nicolás Villén Jimenes;
José María Pérez Tremps;
Juan Bejar Ochoa;
Luis Sánchez Salmerón
Lucas Osorio Iturmendi;
Ghislain Gauthier;
Macky Tall;
Robert Coté; and
Eng Seng Ang.

BAA also announces the resignation of five of its current non-executive
directors from the Board of Directors. The resigning directors are:
Tony Ball;
Mark Clare;
Chris Fay;
Alice Perkins; and
David Roberts.

Both the appointments and the resignations to the Board of Directors took
effect from the end of today's Board meetings.
