Highland Airways plans Stornoway Sunday service
Murdo Macleod, Scotland on Sunday, 30/07/06
THE Stornoway Sabbath is to suffer another blow with a second Sunday air
service to the Isle of Lewis.
Highland Airways will begin operating a new service from Stornoway to
Inverness from Sunday, September 10. The flight means the island now has
connections to Inverness and Edinburgh on the Sabbath.
Bob Macleod, chairman of Highland Airways, said: "There is a demand for the
service and we are responding to that."
